Payout and Wallet Policy
How seller profit is calculated, recorded and withdrawn.
When Profit Is Recognised
Seller profit is recognised only after an order is successfully delivered and reconciled. Pending, Assigned and In Progress orders do not create withdrawable profit.
Profit Formula
Amount collected − wholesale cost − logistics cost + applicable commitment fee = seller net profit.
Wallet Adjustments
Wallet entries may be adjusted or reversed where an order is disputed, changed from Delivered, duplicated, fraudulent or incorrectly calculated. Every adjustment should be recorded in the wallet ledger and audit log.
Withdrawal Requests
Sellers must use accurate bank details. Requests are processed on the published withdrawal days and may require verification. Saturday or holiday requests may move to the next business processing period.
Rejected or Failed Payments
A rejected withdrawal is returned to the wallet where the amount had already been debited. Incorrect bank information may delay payment.
Taxes and Records
Sellers are responsible for their own tax and business obligations. Agobeja may retain payout records for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
