Delivery, Returns and Failed-Order Policy
The operational rules that apply after a customer order is submitted.
Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed before dispatch. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate or suspicious orders may be cancelled.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines depend on stock location, customer response, city, delivery partner, weather, security and other operational conditions. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Failed Delivery
Common reasons include customer unavailability, rejection, incorrect address, lack of funds, duplicate order or logistics failure. A failed order does not create seller profit.
Redelivery and Returned Parcels
A failed order may be reassigned for redelivery. It is marked Returned only after the parcel physically returns and its condition is recorded.
Failed-Delivery Costs
Where a failed delivery was not caused by Agobeja, applicable delivery costs may be shared according to the current seller policy shown inside the platform.
Product Condition
Returned products are inspected and classified as resellable, opened, damaged, incomplete or requiring further review. Stock is restored only when appropriate.
Customer Complaints
Complaints require evidence and are assessed according to the product, condition, delivery record, supplier terms and consumer-protection obligations.
