Seller Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to Agobeja Ecommerce Network and the responsibilities of every seller.

1. Account Eligibility and Approval
Sellers must provide accurate information. Agobeja may approve, restrict, suspend or terminate access for false information, policy violations, fraud, abuse or conduct that damages customer trust.
2. Seller Model
Sellers focus on finding customers and submitting genuine orders. Agobeja supports product availability, order processing, fulfilment coordination and seller profit remittance after successful delivery. Sales and income are not guaranteed.
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Promote products honestly and use current approved information
- Confirm genuine customer interest and submit accurate details
- Protect customer information and use it only for the order
- Follow price, communication and operational instructions
- Keep login and bank details secure
4. Prohibited Conduct
Fake orders, misleading product claims, manipulation of records, harassment, account sharing, customer-data misuse, fraudulent withdrawals and unauthorised brand use are prohibited.
5. Orders and Fulfilment
Orders may be confirmed, delayed, rejected or cancelled when information is incomplete, suspicious, out of stock or operationally unsuitable. Delivery timelines vary by location, customer response and logistics conditions.
6. Prices, Costs and Seller Profit
Prices and margins may change. Seller profit is calculated after applicable product, logistics, return or agreed costs and is credited only after successful delivery and reconciliation.
7. Wallets and Withdrawals
Wallet figures remain subject to verification, reversals, disputes and fraud review. Withdrawal processing follows the published payout policy.
8. Returns and Complaints
Returns and customer complaints are reviewed according to product condition, delivery status, evidence, supplier rules and network policy.
9. Marketing Materials and Intellectual Property
Approved images, videos, copy and training are provided for seller activity and may not be resold, misrepresented or used to damage Agobeja or another party.
10. Communication and Platform Availability
Sellers must communicate professionally. The platform may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Agobeja does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Liability
Agobeja is not liable for expected income, failed marketing, customer refusal, seller negligence, unauthorised claims or third-party disruptions beyond reasonable control.
12. Changes and Termination
Policies may be updated. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance. Accounts may be terminated in line with these terms.
